5. Professional Disclaimers & Structural Terms
• Scheduling & Commencement: Installation will commence no later than two (2) weeks after receipt of the initial 10% deposit, subject to immediate material availability.
• Product & Workmanship Warranty: The COB LED strips provided are backed by a three (3) year manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in materials and components. Toronto LED Lighting warrants all installation labor and integration work for a period of one (1) year from the date of physical completion.
• Pre-Installed LED Channel Systems: This quotation explicitly assumes that all linear track profiles, diffusers, and mounting channels are already securely installed, level, clean, and fully prepared to receive the LED strips.
• Client-Supplied Controls & Dimming Systems: This contract explicitly excludes the physical procurement and mechanical box installation of switches and dimmer controllers. The client is supplying a Lutron control system.
• Substrate, Drywall, and Decorative Restoration: Routing heavy-gauge low-voltage lines behind existing walls, ceiling cavities, or complex baseboard details may necessitate small-scale access cuts. Structural patching, drywall repair, plastering, and architectural paint finishing are strictly excluded.
